1. Website owner

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-commerce (LSSI-CE), the website basaurimotorday.es (the "Website") is owned by:

• Owner: Asier Ogiza, on behalf of Cuadrilla Edurre, a Basauri festival group without its own legal personality, organiser of Basauri Motorday.

2. Purpose

The Website provides information about the motoring events organised under the Basauri Motorday brand and manages participant registration, related payments, accreditation and check-in, as well as the sale of the official event t-shirt.

3. Terms of use

Access to the Website is free and makes you a user, accepting this legal notice. To register for an event or buy in the shop you need an account and must be 18 or older.

Users agree to use the Website and its content properly, to provide truthful information and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in bad faith or in ways that may harm the Website or third parties. Registration, payment and purchase conditions are set out in the Terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, logos, the "Basauri Motorday" brand, and the Website's own photographs and videos belong to the organisation or are used with their authors' permission. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them for commercial purposes without express permission is prohibited.

Vehicle photos uploaded by participants remain theirs; by uploading them, participants authorise their publication on the Website and the event's social media as described in the Terms and conditions.

5. Liability

The organisation works to keep the Website's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Event times, activities and locations may change; relevant changes will be communicated by email or on the Website.

The Website may include links to or content from third parties (Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps). The organisation is not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Data protection and cookies

How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law; where the user acts as a consumer, those of their place of residence.
